    Pocheon Power CEO Yeondal Park
    Mr. Park was appointed as CEO of Pocheon Power in 2020. Before joining Pocheon Power, he has built his career in Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) since 1986. Also, he worked for Korea Western Power (KOWEPO) from 2001 to 2020 as a leader of Strategic planning, financial budgeting, HR, and information security. About his educational background, he graduated from Korea University with a degree in Sociology and completed Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Seoul National University.

    Donghae Lee
    Mr. Donghae Lee graduated from Yeungnam University with a degree in Economics and went on to study for his MBA at university of Oregon. After completing his MBA, he began his career at Korea Development Bank (KDB) in 1989 and got promoted to Director of KDB’s Maritime Finance Center after working at KDB for 30 years. In 2019, Mr. Lee, who was appointed the vice president of finance at Pocheon Power, was mainly responsible for overseeing all financial operations and funds.

    Mr. Lee graduated from Hongik University with a master’s degree in electrical engineering. He began working for the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) in 1991 and built his career there for more than 21 years (1991-2011). While he was working at KEPCO, he successfully performed O&M work in Seoinchon & Sinincheon CCPP and his duty as technical support for stable operation of the domestic and foreign power plants. In 2012, he joined Samsung Engineering and successfully completed the project as a commissioning manager for overseas power generation projects in Mexico (Norte II), Saudi Arabia (Shaybah, Cogen),and Chile (Kelar) for about five years. After his success, his new challenge began as he joined Daelim Energy in 2017:carrying out O&M and e-power trading at Pocheon CCPP and greatly contributing to the stability of the company's management. Successfully accomplishing his duties, in 2019, he was appointed the vice president for technical operation of Pocheon Power and has been in charge of all areas of technical operation and maintenance.

    CEO Joongsu Park
    At present, Mr. Park is CEO of Poseung Green Power. Before joining Poseung Green Power as a leader, he served as CEO of Pocheon Power. Moreover, prior to joining Daelim Energy, he worked as a technical engineer in the operation division at the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) for 30 years. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Park was the leader of the Incheon Thermoelectric Power Plant, and from 2009 to 2010, as the head of the Boryeong Thermoelectric Power Plant, he was responsible for the stable operation of the respective 2,050MW and 5,800MW power plants. Furthermore, Mr. Park graduated from Chung-Ang University with Bachelor of Science in Electric Engineering and earned MBA degree at the University of Seoul.

    Vice President / Head of Technical Operation Myonghun Lee
    Mr. Myonghun Lee graduated from Seoul National University. After graduation, he built his career in DAELIM Industrial for 7 years with a focus on business development. These past 7 years, as a PM of Power Plant Projects in various countries, he had built his career in the power generation investment sector. Currently, Mr. Lee is responsible for the Poseung Biomass Power Plant project in Korea.

    CEO Sean Kim
    Mr. Sean Kim was appointed CEO of DAELIM Energy in 2013 when it was first established. Currently, he is a Vice-Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of DAELIM Industrial (Petrochemical Division) and DAELIM Energy respectively, leading the IPP development and Petrochemical Business. Based on his extensive experience more than 20 years in the fields of business development, M&A, investment and management at SoftBank Venture capital Korea and BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking, he has brought diverse experience to DAELIM Energy. About his educational background, he graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in business administration and received his MBA at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

    Senior Vice President for Business Development Joon Seuk Byun
    Mr. Byun joined Daelim Energy in 2017 as a vice president of the company’s overseas business development. He has more than 20 years of experience of global business strategy & development and M&A through his career in SK Group and Deloitte Consulting. His experiences and knowledge from various industries such as Resource, Infrastructure, and IPP will be valuable addition to Daelim Energy’s leadership.

    Vice President for Domestic Renewable Energy Jongoh Kim
    The Vice President of Daelim Energy, Mr. Jongoh Kim graduated from Yeungnam University with a degree in mechanical engineering and continued his education in order to advance his professional development at Sogang Business School where he received MBA. After completing MBA degree, he built his career in construction for 20 years with a focus on power plant EPC tender and business. In these past 10 years, he has contributed himself to develop the power generation investment sector, such as leading the Pocheon Combined Cycle Power Plant project to a successful completion. Moreover, he also had responsible for the Poseung Biomass Power Plant project in Korea.

    Vice President for Asset Managemen Bonghee Lee
    From 2013 to 2014, Mr. Bonghee Lee worked for Samsung Engineering in Korea and obtained an MBA degree from Soongsil University. While he was in Samsung Engineering, his position was commissioning manager of SLP 200MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, commissioning and operation manager, PTW (permit to work) manager of Norte Ⅱ 450MW Combine Cycle Power Plant, and commissioning manager, Moreover, he also participated in the first Mexico Project of KEPCO from 1992 to 2013 and was in charge of various tasks: a specialist for Steam Turbine Diagnosis, supervisor of operation and management at KEPCO Research Institute, specialist in the field of steam turbine diagnosis for KEPCO, Korea Genco’s power plant in Korea and abroad Taean 1000MW unit 5&6 Coal Fired Power Plant, Korea commissioning and operation of turbine/generator, boiler and their auxiliaries, shift leader of operation department, diagnosis of technical issues of Yeong-weol 400MW Coal Fired & Combined Cycle Power plant, Korea operation of turbine/generator, performance engineer, and operation management.

    Head of Corporate Management Division Michael Hwang
    Mr. Michael Hwang joined Daelim Energy as a project development manager in October 2015. Before joining Daelim Energy, he worked over 10 years in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Korea and Australia, the biggest accounting firm in both nations. Moreover, the projects he joined at PwC are including, but not limited to, Oman Barka3/Sohar2 IPP project (KEXIM), Busan-Gimhae Light Rail Transit (Kookmin Bank), Yong-In Light Rail Transit (Shinhan Bank), and Daegu Dongbu 4th Beltway (Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund). Furthermore, he also worked for Samsung Engineering in Korea and Ernst & Young at Palo Alto office in US.
