  • Joongsu ParkCEO
    Pocheon Power CEO Joongsu Park
    Mr. Park is now CEO of Pocheon Power. Prior to joining Daelim Energy, he served as a technical engineer in the operation division at the Korea Electric Power Corporation for 30 years. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Park headed the Incheon Thermoelectric Power Plant and from 2009 to 2010, he was the head of the Boryeong Thermoelectric Power Plant, responsible for the stable operation of the respective 2,050MW and 5,800MW power plants. Mr. Park graduated from Chung-Ang University with Bachelor of Science in Electric Engineering and earned his MBA at the University of Seoul.

    Donghae Lee
    Mr. Donghae Lee graduated from Yeungnam University with a degree in Economics and went on to study at university of Oregon where he received his MBA. And began his career at Korea Development Bank (KDB) in 1989. After working at KDB for 30 years, Mr. Lee was promoted to Director for KDB’s Maritime Finance Center. In 2019, Mr. Lee was appointed the vice president for finance of Pocheon Power, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and funds.

    Pocheon Power President for Technical Operation Park Geon Bok
    Mr. Lee graduated from Hongik University with a master’s degree in electrical engineering. He began working for the Korea Electric Power Corporation(KEPCO) in 1991 and built his career there over the course of 21 years(1991-2011) and successfully performed O&M in Seoinchon & Sinincheon CCPP and technical support for stable operation of the domestic and foreign power plants. He joined Samsung Engineering in 2012 and successfully completed the project as a commissioning manager for overseas power generation projects in Mexico(Norte II), Saudi Arabia(Shaybah, Cogen) and Chile(Kelar) for about five years. His new challenge is started with Daelim Energy in 2017 and carried out O&M and e-power trading at Pocheon CCPP, and greatly contributed to the stability of the company's management In 2019, he was appointed the vice president for technical operation of Pocheon Power responsible for all areas of technical operation. and maintenance.

    CEO Yongchan Kim
    Mr. Kim belongs to the DAELIM Group for 30 years and his main career was built in DAELIM Industrial (Petrochemical Division). Before being appointed CEO of Poseung Green Power, he worked mainly in corporate planning and finance field. Also, he served as managing director of PE(Polyethylene) business and Jeonju BOPP Film Plant. Mr. Kim graduated from Kyung-hee University majoring in business administration and started his career from 1988.

    Vice President / Head of Technical Operation Myonghun Lee
    Vice President Mr. Myonghun Lee graduated from Seoul National University. He built his career in DAELIM Industrial for 7 years, with a focus on business development. These past 7 years have seen him in the power generation investment sector, As a PM of Power Plant Projects in various countries. Mr. Lee is currently responsible for the Poseung Biomass Power Plant project in Korea

    CEO Sean Kim
    Mr. Sean Kim was appointed as CEO of DAELIM Energy in 2013 when it was first established. He is now Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of DAELIM Industrial(Petrochemical Division) and DAELIM Energy respectively, leading the IPP business development and Petrochemical Business. Based on his extensive experience more than 20 years in the fields of business development, M&A, investment and management at SoftBank Venture capital Korea and BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking, he has brought diverse experience to DAELIM Energy. He graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in business administration and received his MBA at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

    Senior Vice President for Business Development Joon Seuk Byun
    Mr. Byun joined Daelim Energy in 2017 as a vice president of the company’s overseas business development. He has more than 20 years of experience of global business strategy & development, M&A through his career in SK Group and Deloitte Consulting. His experiences and knowledges from various industries such as Resource, Infrastructure and IPP will be valuable addition to Daelim Energy’s leadership.

    Vice President for Domestic Renewable Energy Jongoh Kim
    Vice President Mr. Jongoh Kim graduated from Yeungnam University with a degree in mechanical engineering and went on to study at Sogang Business School where he received his MBA. He built his career in construction for 20 years, with a focus on power plant EPC tender and business. These past 10 years have seen him in the power generation investment sector, leading the Pocheon Combined Cycle Power Plant project to a successful completion. And had responsible for the Poseung Biomass Power Plant project in Korea.

    Head of Corporate Management Division Michael Hwang
    Mr. Michael Hwang joined Daelim Energy as a project development manager in October 2015. Before he joined Daelim Energy, he worked over 10 years in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Korea and Australia, the biggest accounting firm in both nations. Projects he worked at PwC are including, but not limited to, Oman Barka3/Sohar2 IPP project (KEXIM), Busan-Gimhae Light Rail Transit (Kookmin Bank), Yong-In Light Rail Transit (Shinhan Bank), Daegu Dongbu 4th Beltway (Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund). He also worked Samsung Engineering in Korea and Ernst & Young at Palo Alto office in US.
